Application Support Analyst

What will you be doing?

You will be resolving complex incidents and requests, supporting queries, ensuring that ITIL processes are followed.  Liaising with customers, colleagues and partner organisations - providing technical advice and guidance as required.  Working on projects through their lifecycle and transitioning to live.

About you

You will be enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn, work well in a team.  

You will have had previous experience working within an IT background in a larger corporate environment.  

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a flexible attitude and approach to work.

The council is in the process of implementing a new pay structure and terms and conditions which will be applicable to this role.  The outcome could result in a future variation to the advertised salary, and this will be discussed at interview.
