Business Rates Billing Senior Officer

What will you be doing?

You will also be responsible for processing of the Business Rates schedules received from the Valuation Office Agency along with the more complex accounts and enquiries, often dealing with case escalations, giving advice to Business Rates Billing officers and supporting the Business Rates Team Leaders.

About you

We are looking for someone who has in depth experience of working within a Business Rates environment, adopts a flexible approach to work, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.  You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and to work with the other managers and senior officers to improve performance and move the service forward.
