What will you be doing?
Working within our community hub, based near Delapre, Shared Lives Team.
Delivering administrative support, using appropriate data management systems, procedures and resources.
We are, therefore, currently seeking an organised, capable, enthusiastic individual who, ideally has knowledge of scheduling of staff rotas. Via Data management system, People planner, Eclipse and ERP.
Assist with archiving of files, minute taking, invoicing and front of house, greetings. To ensure a quality service is delivered to customers, WNC policies and values are complied with, and reporting deadlines are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing electronic and paper record systems. Confident accurate and timely approach to using MS Word, MS Excel and other software as appropriate.
About you
- It is desirable to have experience scheduling work rotas/shifts, However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Highly numerate, with prior experience in inputting and calculating invoices would be of benefit.
- Solutions-focused, with a passion for creating the best possible workplace environment for colleagues.
- Self-motivated, personable, and creative in approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
