Communications and Engagement Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Communications & Engagement Business Partner to act as a critical link and key point of contact for all communications and marketing activity within allocated directorate(s).

Working closely with senior stakeholders and their teams, you will ensure that corporate communications and marketing activity effectively supports organisational priorities and objectives. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping communications and marketing activity that makes a real impact.

This role is a 6 month fixed term position.

What will you be doing?

You will be a confident communications professional with a creative mindset and a strategic approach. You will be able to quickly understand priorities, draw out key messages and translate them into effective communications activity.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in communications and/or marketing roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
