Community Support Worker

What will you be doing?

As a Community Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Being a key worker to our customers, supporting with hygiene routines and medication management

• Supporting adults with mental health, physical and/or learning disabilities to encourage and promote independence

• Acting as the first point of contact with Home Carers, providing advice in regards to any query that arises

• Managing customer care plans. Making sure they are accurate, correct, and up to date

• Ability to travel freely over Northamptonshire

About you

Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health & social care

• Full driving license and access to your own vehicle

• Previous experience within a health or care position
