Data Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a talented Data Performance Analyst to join us in expanding our reporting within our organisation and to our customers and key stakeholders.

The role sits within the Service Delivery Team, Digital technology & Innovation. Responsibilities include exploring new and exciting areas of reporting to ensure we are providing as much value to our customers as possible.

What will you be doing?

You will access specific products, for example Service Delivery Tools, to provide data. These will be analysed with reports generated at various intervals to different audiences.

Creating reports will be your forte. They will be clear, concise and provide all the relevant information necessary to enable key business decisions to be made. Reports must be engaging, eye catching and pleasing to the eye. Your reporting will also include attending meetings when needed. 

Discussions with customers will take place to ensure the intended message of the reports are delivered along with communication to agree appropriate solutions.  A rapport between yourself and the customer is important!

We're looking for a proactive style in analysing data and identifying areas of concern. This will provide additional value to our customers.

About you

Our ideal person will have experience with data visualisation tools with the ability to learn new tools quickly.  Power BI expertise is essential as it will become the desired presentation tool for customers. Experience in coding languages like SQL and Python, .NET, etc is also desirable.

Exploratory data analysis is required so that patterns and trends can be identified.  This includes the ability to work with complex data models.

You will have experience in presenting reports across different levels of the organisation and tailor the information to suit the target audience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
