About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSW/HR Assistant to join our team supporting both Health, Safety and Wellbeing and HR.

What will you be doing?
You will be the first point of contact for HSW/HR queries, offering clear and helpful guidance.
Maintain and update internal systems, including the HSW intranet and data dashboards.
Support key projects, training events, and organisational change initiatives.
Handle subject access and freedom of information requests with accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage procurement, invoicing, and service level agreements.
Coordinate team meetings, track actions, and support internal communications.
About you
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
- Experience supporting projects and producing management reports.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and HSW policies.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (or willingness to learn).
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent); A-levels or relevant qualifications are a plus.
