About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join the WNC Wellbeing Service as a full-time administrator. A varied and interesting role, the successful candidate will be part of a friendly team committed to improving health outcomes for local people. As a prevention and early intervention service our administrator will have a key role in actioning referrals, customer contact, and helping to deliver business and administrative tasks across the team.
What will you be doing?
Applicants will need previous experience of office administration and be comfortable working in a open plan environment as well as working remotely. The role will suit someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, is friendly reliable and flexible. The main responsibilities of this role will be to support the team with referrals, customer contact, minuting, accurate updating and input of information, and general administrative tasks. In addition, you will also be responsible for the monitoring of team inboxes and will be instrumental in helping develop and maintain administrative systems, guidance documents and document records. This is an exceptionally varied role which and would suit someone that is adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
About you
The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly motivated and have the ability to work independently and can use their own initiative. They will be proficient and accurate in the use of Excel to update and input information, records and data. The role will suit someone who is not daunted by a fast paced and busy working environment and who has an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and be an excellent and reliable team player with exceptional communication skills.
